Scope of E-Card’s Information Security and Physical Security Policy

• to ensure security at the maximum level, from the development of our services and products to the delivery thereof to the customer.

• to take necessary precautions to provide protection against any threats and risks that our company might be exposed to, whether they are intentional or unintentional and whether they are natural or otherwise.

Methods to be applied in this regard

• to determine and evaluate necessary risks;

• to take necessary precautions if necessary and to continuously review the effectiveness of such precautions

• to continuously improve the effectiveness of the security systems in line with emerging needs and technologies.

For services provided by our company, we take the information and physical security requirements as notified by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, GSM SAS, ISO27001, ISO14298, Diners, applicable legal requirements and customer contracts as references.

All employees are trained annually on information security and physical security issues.

The effectiveness of the security procedures carried out and the security measures taken is monitored by means of internal audits, reviewed periodically and presented to the Top Management at the Management Review Meetings that are held at least once a year.
